Domain Server Time Keeps Changing
If an authoritative time server that is configured to use an announceflag value of 0x5 does not synchronize with an upstream time server.
Domain server time keeps changing. Please my am runing a virtual server 2012 which is my domain controller and the time keeps changing i tryed to change the zone but it coundn t help this have affected all my client machine that are joined to the domain. Get a second dc. If i manually change the time on any of the machines including the domain controller it will resync to the incorrect time in a matter of hours. The time on our domain is set at around 6 minutes fast.
All client desktop computers nominate the authenticating domain controller as their in bound time partner. Server time set wrong. Select start run. May be a problem in your or the servers bios.
We are running a windows server 2008 as domain controller and all client pc s by default synchronize with the domain time but for some reason the domain time keeps changing on the server almost everyday.
